Art Workshops for Teenagers

We welcome you to our Art Workshop for Teenagers, where children and teenagers can freely and creatively use their imagination. Designed for the 12-17 age group, our workshop encourages children and teenagers to explore their interests, fostering the use and development of their creativity.

The proficiency of our workshop instructors in various materials and art techniques provides opportunities for young people to explore different materials.

Methods instructed in the Art Workshop for teenagers include:

  • Model making
  • Oil painting
  • Watercolor
  • Sculpture
  • Epoxy objects
  • 3D printing and photography

During the workshop process, based on students’ desire and interest, special programs are offered individually.

Deniz Coşkun

Deniz Coşkun was born in Istanbul in 1978. She graduated from Tarsus American College in 1996 and later obtained her degree in Industrial Product Design from Mimar Sinan University in 2003. Before she founded her own company in 2003, she worked for various domestic and international firms, specializing in 3D modeling, character design, and animations.

Until 2016, she developed and implemented projects in the field of digital media at her own companies, Ka-BUM! Visual Arts and RENDERPARK. In 2016, she, along with Sevgi Karay, established Atölye20 Meeting Point, where they work on developing and executing projects in the field of culture and art.

In 2017, with Almıla Karay and Can Duru joining her, Deniz Coşkun initiated the Gezici Atölye Project. Traveling along the coastal areas of Turkey in a caravan, she organized free design workshops for children and young people.

At Atölye20, Deniz Coşkun focuses on developing design workshops for children and teenagers and conducts material research and application methods for adults.

 

Atilla Saban

Born in 1997 in Istanbul, Atilla Saban completed his high school education at Aydın Doğan Fine Arts High School. Following that, he pursued his education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Sculpture, between 2016 and 2021. After holding his first solo exhibition at Karlan&Dein Art Gallery in 2017, he prepared for various group exhibitions. While continuing his academic education, he worked as an assistant to the painter Mahir Güven and provided education to students there. In addition to this process, he collaborated with various artists such as Selahattin Aydın, Süleyman Çağlayan, Yusuf Ziya Aygen, Oğuz Ege. Currently, he continues his work at Atölye20  Culture and Art Meeting Point.
